Creating your quotes

Creating a quote requires you to first have a client to attach the quote too. When you create a new client a quote is created by default, as long as the checkbox labeled as ‘Create Quote?’ is checked. Though for some clients you may require more than one quote. To add a new quote you need to search for the client that you want to add the quote too. Clients can be found by clicking on ‘Clients’ in the menu.


By using the search function at the top left of the page you will be able to find the client by searching by name, email address or site address. Once you have found the client, on the right side of the screen, you will find a button called ‘New Quote’. This will add a new quote to the client.

Now that you have a quote you can look at building it, as long as you have already created the tasks & parts, task schedule positions, and groups that you need.
